Your E-Bike Order Confirmation & Shipment
We want you to love your new e-bike! Our goal at TheFutureCycle.com is to make the online shopping experience pleasant and receipt of your new e-bike smooth. Should you not find the answer to your question about order confirmation and shipping of your new e-bike or scooter below, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Shipping information posted refers to delivery within the continental U.S. Our suppliers do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
As soon as you place your order with TheFutureCycle.com, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we reach out to our suppliers to confirm your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within seven business days), we will proces the charge through our secure encrypted payment system and submit the order for shipment to you.
If your order is in stock and we process the charge to your credit card, your new e-bike will ship within seven business days of your order date. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within eight business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Support@TheFutureCycle.com.
Tracking numbers and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included in the tracking email. The moment your package is shipped, you will receive an automated email with all details of the shipment. Feel free to contact us on the status of your order if you have questions.
Please inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives. If you notice any damage, do not refuse the shipment.
Please check the box for any physical damage before signing or receiving the package. Notify the driver at the time of delivery if you notice any physical damage to the box. Make note of it on the receipt when signing.
Please note any exterior damage with photographs and send to Support@TheFutureCycle.com. We will process a customer claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Return Policy & Warranty Information
We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase and want to earn your 100% satisfaction.
In the event that you do have any issues with your product, please email us at Support@TheFutureCycle.com and we will provide you with manufacturer contact information or assist you in filing a refund or warranty claim on your electric bike or scooter.
All product returns are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. You must email Support@TheFutureCycle.com and obtain written authorization to return products.
You are responsible for all return shipping charges and you arrange for return shipping. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, including our initial free-to-you shipping charge. All returns incur a 20% restocking fee.
Upon written return authorization, your items are to be sent back to the manufacturer, not The Future Cycle. The Future Cycle does not accept product returns. Support@TheFutureCycle.com will advise ship to address, if applicable.
All returned products must be in unused condition, free of wear and tear, complete with all parts that came with the order and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval to return from The Future Cycle. If you send a return without the written return authorization, a refund will not be issued and you will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
Once the returned item is received by the manufacturer it will be inspected. And, if in like new condition, a refund will be processed on your original payment method within 5-8 days.

Our premium manufacturers handle all warranty support. Please ensure your warranty inquiry is submitted by email.

We will arrange replacement of items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to arrange an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at Support@TheFutureCycle.com.
Please do not continue to use the product if you intend to request a refund or exchange.
Shipping for Return or Exchange
To return your product, please contact Support@TheFutureCycle.com for return shipping information and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a purchase refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please be sure to use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
